All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM on a Friday or during a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
Note: Processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Free Shipping Offer: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over Rs.10,000

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website ([Kumbiyo  Domex, pronto, Prompt]).

5. Shipping Restrictions & Professional Items
Certain professional-grade equipment or items restricted by local regulations may require verification of professional credentials before shipping. Orders containing these items may be delayed until verification is complete.
We cannot ship hazardous materials (e.g., certain chemical sterilizers, aerosol sprays) internationally or to certain domestic locations that restrict them.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address] with photos of the damage and packaging.

7. Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
