Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including individuals who appear intoxicated by drugs or alcohol, or those with certain health conditions.

2. Tattoo Services (Studio Clients)
These terms apply specifically to clients receiving tattoo services in our studio.
Appointments and Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and cover design time. This deposit is credited toward the final price of the tattoo.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Design and Copyright: All tattoo designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of the artist. You may not reproduce or use the design for other purposes without the artist's express written consent.
Liability Waiver: You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with tattooing (pain, infection, etc.) and agree to release the studio and artist from liability for complications, provided the artist was not negligent.

3. Tattoo Supplies (Online Store Customers)
These terms apply specifically to customers purchasing products from our online store.
Professional Use Only: Some products (e.g., specific machines, inks, needles) are sold only to professional, qualified tattoo artists. We may require verification of your professional status (e.g., studio license, professional website) before fulfilling your order. Orders from non-professionals for restricted items will be cancelled and refunded.
Pricing and Payment: Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before goods are shipped.
Risk and Liability: The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for the safe and knowledgeable use, storage, and handling of all purchased supplies in accordance with manufacturer instructions and local regulations.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to hygiene and safety standards, sterile items like needles and inks cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or if the sterile packaging is compromised.

Warranty: Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the specific warranty information provided with the product.
